During this course you will learn how to use the scheduling feature of Blue Prism, including timetables and scheduler reports.
The Scheduler allows Blue Prism to execute processes at specified times and repeat their execution at various intervals. It is a background process which waits for the next schedule activation time and then activates any schedules due to run at that time.
Objectives:
After successfully completing this course, you will be able to:
• Configure the Scheduler
• Create Schedules and configure them to run on a variety of intervals and calendar days.
• Demonstrate how to use Tasks to run a number of different processes, on a variety of Digital Workers
• Manage schedules using Run Now, Stop, Clone, Retire, Unretire and Delete
• Create Alert Notifications to interested parties when a Schedule changes Status
• Create and Run Schedule Reports
• View, Edit, Export and Delete Timetables
• Create and configure Calendars for use with Schedules, defining working and non-working days.
