- Identify the importance of creating a PDD before developing an automation

- Apply best practice to define the process that needs to be automated

- Apply best practice to gather the required information and build a PDD using the suggested template

- Use Blue Prism Capture to record a PDD

- Test the PDD with SMEs and gain signoff from the business
