Description:

The course will cover assessing which processes to automate and how to prioritize automation projects based on business objectives. Participants will learn how to determine automation feasibility, conduct process assessment workshops, prioritize what to automate based on the operational impact and manage a pipeline of potential automations. Assessment & Prioritization is the second topic in the ROM2 Design foundation. This course demonstrates how ROM2 can be used to implement Intelligent Automation in a scalable and effective way to deliver transformational business value to your organization.

Objectives:

Assess and evaluate potential automation opportunities. Conduct Process Assessment workshops with target business functions and stakeholders Explain the role of the Governance Board in assessment & prioritization Prioritize automation projects based on business objectives, risks, cost to serve, speed to deliver and other factors. List best practices to build and manage a pipeline of demand for automation
