Description:

The course consists of two files to download which will focus on how to document business requirements to guide your solution designs and optimize processes for automation. Participants will learn how to conduct interviews with subject matter experts, the importance of process definition documents and functional requirements questionnaires, as well as assessing applications for automation.

Requirements Design is the fourth topic in the ROM2 Design foundation.

This course demonstrates how ROM2 can be used to implement Intelligent Automation in a scalable and effective way to deliver transformational business value to your organization.

Objectives:

• Identify the actions that need to be taken to conduct a requirements design analysis

• Conduct interviews with business SMEs to gather information on the suitability of the potential automation

• Identify documents that should be created to capture detailed requirements for an automation project

• List actions the automation team and operational team should consider when determining the hybrid workforce strategy
