Description:

In this course, you will learn about Task Mining features, which facilitate the ability to “connect the dots” between user task data, system logs, and business data. This empowers organizations to locate candidates for process automation, and thus reduce process friction, thereby improving customer service, and accelerating the benefits of digital transformation.

Objectives:

During this course you will learn how to:

• Analyze desktop user interaction data, and seamlessly link it with process details mined from system event data

• Identify repetitive tasks within your process

• Identify tasks which are best for automation

Prerequisites:

Although all the courses are stand-alone, we recommend you take them in the following order:

1) Blue Prism Process Intelligence powered by ABBYY Timeline: Core Functionality;

3) Blue Prism Process Intelligence powered by ABBYY Timeline: Analysis;
