Description:

This course holds a scenario for designing a service that indicates next steps for a NIGO application. A presentation flow will add comments to the work object based on the NIGO reason the processor has provided and present the processor options to send the appropriate communication to the client.

Objectives:

Create and deploy a basic presentation flow to send correspondence to a client explaining why their account cannot be set up at this time.
