Description:

Process Work for End Users equips participants with the skills to navigate and optimize the Chorus Processor workspace, focusing on enhanced searching, workflow management, and relationship handling. Through practical demos and actionable insights, delegates will also master quality review processes and leave with the confidence to streamline their work efficiently.

Objectives:

1. Master Search Techniques: Learners will proficiently perform standard and free text searches, utilizing the Search Builder Card to create and manage custom queries.
2. Manage User Permissions and Work Items: Learners will configure user permissions, assign, reassign, release, and unlock work items, understanding and applying lock statuses effectively.
3. Build and Manage Relationships: Learners will identify, view, build, and break relationships between work items, using drag-and-drop or the clipboard, and manage lock statuses on relationships.
4. Perform Quality Reviews: Learners will understand and execute the quality review process, managing and analyzing quality history to ensure continuous improvement.
5. Utilize Advanced Actions: Learners will leverage the action menu for item management, suspend and activate work items and relationships, and share queries for collaborative purposes.
