This course introduces learners to the art of designing effective prompts for SS&C AI Chat. Through guided lessons and hands-on practice, participants will learn how to communicate clearly with AI, structure their instructions using the P.R.I.S.M. framework (Purpose, Role, Input, Style, Mode), and apply these skills to real business scenarios. Learners will explore how to utilise SS&C AI Chat features, including Collections, context integration, and tone adjustments, to enhance efficiency and accuracy. By the end of the course, participants will be able to craft, refine, and reuse prompts that drive smarter, faster, and more consistent results in their daily workflows.

Objectives:

1. Explain the purpose of prompt engineering and its role in improving the accuracy and usefulness of AI-generated responses in the SS&C AI Chat.
