This course is focused on the Vision and Goals component of the Strategize foundation within the Enterprise Operating Model (EOM). It is designed to help you support leaders, strategists, and digital transformation teams in building a scalable, ethical, and business-aligned AI strategy. Whether they're just starting or refining their current approach, you’ll find practical guidance to move them from inspiration to execution.

Objectives:

Identify key characteristics of Enterprise AI and evaluate whether a strategy is aligned or at risk of failure

Collaborate with stakeholders to write a concise AI vision statement tied to specific business outcomes

Analyze business goals and match AI initiatives to transformation priorities across departments

Evaluate an organization’s strengths and gaps across leadership, culture, tech, and customer experience dimensions

Choose appropriate governance roles, frameworks, and ethical guidelines for different AI use cases

Create a high-level roadmap that includes governance, use case prioritization, success metrics, and cross-functional teams

Use iteration techniques and feedback loops to revise an AI roadmap over time in response to change
