This course is focused on the Responsible Use component of the Strategize foundation within the Enterprise Operating Model (EOM). It is designed to help you guide leaders, technologists, and governance teams in embedding trust, fairness, and accountability into every phase of the AI lifecycle. Whether an organization is launching its first AI system or scaling advanced capabilities, this course provides a clear, practical framework for doing it responsibly.

Objectives:

Explain why responsible AI is a strategic imperative, not just a compliance obligation

Identify the key risks that arise from irresponsible AI, including bias, opacity, and regulatory violations

Describe the five pillars of responsible AI: transparency, fairness, privacy & data ethics, accountability, and security

Integrate responsible use principles into AI strategy, design, development, and monitoring workflows

Recommend tools, roles, and governance structures that operationalize ethical AI practices
