This course provides a introduction to Chorus Operational Analytics specifically targeting at Chorus System Administrators, or those who are tasked with managing access to Operational Analytics.

You will be equipped skills to navigate and manage the platform by understanding what Chorus OA is and why organizations use it. Understand its key components and terminology. You’ll learn to manage OA security groups and understand how reporting authority groups effect data limitation.
