Description:

This course covers how agentic workflows integrate with SS&C Blue Prism WorkHQ Digital Workers to automate tasks that require UI interaction. Using a hands‑on cancellation scenario, learners configure Excel‑triggered workflows, prepare and queue data, and trigger Digital Worker automation to deliver end‑to‑end RPA execution.

Objectives:

Describe the role of WorkHQ Digital Workers within an agentic workflow

Configure workflows to trigger and interact with Blue Prism Digital Worker processes

Use a Microsoft Excel 365 trigger to initiate workflows based on new or updated data

Transform data into required formats (for example, JSON to XML) for downstream actions

Add formatted data to a WorkHQ Work Queue using connectors

Trigger an automation process to run on a Digital Worker

Design workflows that effectively combine system integrations and RPA execution
