Description

The Process Assessment Tool (PAT) Foundation course illustrates how to configure the tool for an organization, as well as how to create a process assessment.

The course is a guided simulation that takes the learner from initially configuring PAT, to running a process assessment that gives a recommendation and score for ease of implementation. It also explains how users can filter and toggle their dashboard view, and how to change assessment status or move to a different group.

Objective

Explain to those with admin access level how to set up and configure the tool for their organization, as well as introducing users to run a process assessment, in order to assess the process for ease of implementation.
