In Blue Prism, the data held by each Work Queue Item is stored in plain text on the database by default. However, the Work Queue can be configured to encrypt the Item data automatically.
Objective
This video will show you how to set the Status of a Work Queue Item in Blue Prism. The Status can then be used to filter Work Queue Items in the Control Room and build automations which route a process according to the Status of the Item.
