This course will give you a beginners guide to the updated Robotic Operating Model™ (ROM™2)

The ROM is a proven methodology to successfully deliver transformational value through the scaled deployment of Intelligent Automation. ROM2 has 5 foundations which enables customers to build a secure and scalable intelligent automation program at all levels of maturity.

In this course you will learn about the foundations, the maturity levels and the roles involved in implementing intelligent automation to your organization.

Please note the current ARA02 ROM Architect exam is still based on the old ROM Foundations course. Once we have more content on our new ROM2, the certification exam will be updated. We will keep users informed on dates.

Objective:

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Explain the foundations of ROM2
• Recognize the features and benefits of implementing automation using the Robotic Operating Model
• Summarize the roles involved in the ROM and the parts they will play
• Identify the basic steps involved in using the ROM to implement an automation
• Evaluate the maturity level of an organization using automation
